I actually have serious trust issues from past so called contractors that really cost me a lot of time, money and headaches. Anyway, Mark came onsite because of my concerns and Garrett installed my toilets and did a real professional job! Garrett was very friendly, and also took the boxes away. Garrett didn't rush through the job even though he was working by a flat quote for my job. Mark's (The owner of company) prices were reasonable and he covered the costs of the materials, labour and took away both toilets within his quote. Most importantly, Mark and Garrett helped alleviate my trust issues from shoddy past "contractors". Mark even came out to just make sure things were going OK as I was truly nervous about even just having toilets removed and installed. Bottom line is not all contractors should be painted by the same brush so to speak.
